I'm personally not modding much at the minute due to work, but the last mod I was doing was my C902's gfx, although ImageTool wasn't really doing what I was after so I ended up writing my own image table decompressor/compressor (DB2020/A2) but I left it in an unfinished (yet usable) state, maybe one day I'll finally get my gfx on that thing done and get the tool in a postable state lol.

I love the supreme understatement of 'The prog everyone used to use wasn't up to it so I just wrote another one' absolutely awesome :D
Myself I just picked up a new M4 aqua so I'm only doing basic mods to that as I'm reluctant to void the warranty after less than a week.(until Sony's bloated setup wind's me up too much that is  )
Before I gave up modding my K850 I did get pretty far constructing a new UI for it using a fairly heavily modified version of Deskbar elf to take the place of the menu system and act as an Android style launcher, allowing multiple screens with Egoshell to handle the widgets, I wrote an elf to display images for the softkeys (bit too hacky to make for a release  ) and a popup quick-access menu based around the IMW elf.
Sadly, I have all the artistic ability of a slightly deformed, dead hamster so I could never really create a look that I was happy with.

Currently I'm working on an Android carputer setup. Or the front end app at least, whilst I try to settle on a phone/tablet with the right dimensions to fit; and controlling the flip-out mechanism correctly is giving me a right headache...

Don't get me wrong ImageTool is a great program, I just didn't like the fact that you have to use images of the same size or smaller as I couldn't change to the images I wanted without messing with alot of the other images so my program just unpacks the whole table and repacks it so you can use any size image =)

Mixed bag really. First month of having my own place has flown by (though work side of things has kinda dragged)

Hope no one is missing me too much with me having no internet (well, apart from being on my phone)
